I made the right decision when I called DSG & Von Lienen and Construction. Even though I feel I'm pretty handy around the house, when it came to finishing the basement, these guys exceeded my expectations. With a low ceiling and many vents and water pipes, I didn't know where to start, or if it was even possible to sheet rock my basement. These guys made me feel comfortable and confident they could do the job, from the estimate and thru the project, they did quality work, on time every day, just like they said they would. I am a builder of high end luxury waterfront towers in Florida. I know what I want and I am demanding in the level of competence I expect and will accept. The level of work and professionalism displayed by DSG Vonlienen has been superior. As I travel constantly I have had to entrust major decisions on the renovation of our 3,000 foot townhome to David. What started as a basement finishing project has morphed into a near "whole-house" renovation. We were so delighted with the custom work, attention to detail and delivering more than they promised - even to the point of surprising us with cabinetry that we didn't even think about - just because it fit the space really well. Throughout the summer of 2009, DSG and Von Lienen Construction completed a multi-faceted project at my home that required much time, attention, and communication. The original estimate for a basement remodel was fair; the presentation of previous workmanship was impressive. This lead to the consideration of DSG and Von Lienen for a pool-surround patio project as well. Continued communication, design conversations, and a review of references made it apparent DSG and Von Lienen Construction was the company to award both our indoor and outdoor projects. In all phases of construction, design ideas previously unconsidered were offered and recommendations aimed at marrying personal vision with the feasible, practical, and economical were shared. Regular dialogue and DSG and Von Lienen’s skillful work resulted in a project that was completed on time and within budget. The final products were aesthetically stunning! All told, I must now credit DSG and Von Lienen Construction for the following enhancements to my home:

What started out as a simple basement renovation turned into a work of art and admiration. I would do business with these guys any day. They are not only extremely professional but very talented too. The finish product was beyond my wildest expectations.Not only were they easy to work with but they made recommendations that would add value to the project without breaking the bank. They were respectful of the work environment, ensuring that adjacent walls were not marred or damaged in the renovation process; they cleaned up and treated my project with great attention to detail and budget.
